Architectural Digest Home Show 2011

Some highlightsfrom this year’s Architectural Digest Home Show are pictured below. Let me your favorite and the crowd winner will win a spot in the Favorite Things side bar. Very exciting….
I love Atocha Design’s record and cd cabinet. I don’t own any, sadly, but this piece makes me want to start a collection.
Shyrdak Felt Rugs are customizable and extremely durable.
Patrick Weder’s concrete and wood furnishings beautifully blend mixed materials. The concrete layer over the wood is so thin you think it’s metal.
Naula Workshop’s walnut veneer media cabinet is extremely luxurious. The wood almost glows and all of the drawers are self-closing.

D. Bryant Archie Alpaca blankets and pillows come in a variety of colors and patterns and are so soft to touch.
People in fashion apparently think yellow is “the new neutral” Matthew Fairbank’s oak and laquer dresser is anything but….

  1. The dresser actually looks like it is painted metal, but it is oak. This dresser would look great in either a teenagers room or a baby nursery. Love the contemporary design.

  2. Jami, we loved the Atocha Design record console too! Well, at least one of my employees really did. She thinks that her Peter, Bjorn and John albums would be right at home in it!

Did you check out our post on the AD Show? So great to run into you there.
