Meet Julia, Chad and Mallo. They live in this adorable row house, otherwise known in South Philadelphia as a Trinity house.
Built in the 1700s, the house, which is located on a narrow walk street bursting with personality, has been through many a renovation and was stripped of nearly all historical details. Fortunately an abundance of charm is still found throughout and without, (just check out those awesome Art Deco inspired green custom grates. Miami would be so jealous! And is that a solid chunk of marble as a front step? Wow.). We have to admit, Julia and Chad got off to a great design start, but they do need help completing the puzzle as you’ll see in some of the shots posted below. The four main objectives: flush out the living room, create a cozy sunroom designed around Chad’s awesome mural, and convert the two outdoor spaces into sweet entertaining spots.
